Greetings and peace to you all. These past fourteen days have been ones of uncertainty, save the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has seen to provide peace to our souls. Keep asking the Lord to guide and direct your heart, truly trusting what is His will in your life. Our Bishop, Brendan Cahill, has just sent out updated directives for going forward past the last time period. He has asked that we continue to follow all national, state, and local guidelines with regard to the coronavirus; no Masses with congregations, not to gather in groups larger than 10 people, to wash your hands frequently, and to keep the proper social distance from one another, until we see past the most critical phase of this pandemic. To that end, we will not have Masses with congregations through April 30, 2020. At that time he will reassess the situation. There will likewise be no previously scheduled meetings, and we will not return for the CCD year. There will be no gatherings at Easter. But it does not mean that we cannot welcome the Lord into our hearts and homes, spiritually. Keep asking the Lord for what you need, and he will give it to you. We will reassess at the end of April and I will give directives on welcoming those into the Church at Easter, those who were to make their First Communion, Confirmation, etc. If you are reading this, please share with those you know; this will help with individual calls at the office. All the best, and I will keep you in my prayers, The Reverend Ty Bazar Pastor
